Idea Number 6! Make a card! Isn’t it sweet to receive a card in the mail that was made especially for you? Hopefully I can finish making all of mine this year – the above image is from years ago, that’s how behind I am.

A little thank you card I did for my surgeon (who removed my ganglion cyst). Watercolours.

Decided it would be wise to show the inside of the card (thus revealing the true message of the gorgon and cyclops).

Inspired by this lovely/funny piece.

I had fun doing this, right up until the point where I was painting the front of the card and my index finger went numb. And then I messed up. And had to do some really bad lettering. BUT it’s the thought that counts…right?
